When I logged on just now a box came up saying 'Alert! Form Spoofing (-----something or other - can't remember what----)

so I exited (I thought then I wouldn't be logged on) , but now I've come back to this site I find I am already logged on -- so does that mean someone has 'spoofed' my password, etc? 

Now 12.10pm and I've changed my password, just in case ----

but what is 'form spoofing' and why would anyone do it? 

Now you're in trouble Marilyn. This form spoofing is a nasty business. I wouldn't be surprised if MI5 subject you to a spot of waterboarding in the near future.
