Parents need to get involved; so that their children's needs can be heard and hopefully; met. I am sure that the Association has always been willing to listen and help our young villagers achieve what they want. But the Association can only do so much with limited resources (volunteers; facilities and money). The Association needs parents to help Tony. Please come forward and contact Tony accordingly.

Following a chance meeting with our PCSO, Sue Thompson, I have now met and spoken to Tony Freeman!
He has explained to me how he has been working and liasing with Taunton Deane Borough Council over the past eighteen months, culminating in the proposed play equipment (zip wire, slide and tyres,) being agreed to be installed in December this year. He is currently working on the provision of other facilities for the youth in the village ----- i.e. a BMX track!
I told him there may be parents willing to help him with anything (myself included) but that they may not know how to contact him. Tony asked me to tell Forum users that he can be contacted at 4, Burge Crescent. Just a note pledging help and a contact number may be useful to him.
