We have found Chris Francis very helpful. He doesn't live in the village but isn't far away.

Thanks Tony, will try him. Havent had any luck with your other recomendation, Harris the plumber, no answer on his landline, and left messages on his mobile no. What with Holland in CsL not getting back to me as well, I`m feeling a bit paranoid.  Sad

Ah Tony, thanks for that, texted this guy and got a response in seconds, coming out for looksee on Monday. My faith in local tradesmen may have been restored.
